Parish Life and Outreach Coordinator
Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord, Old Town

The Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord in Old Town seeks a dynamic, organized, and practicing Catholic to fill the position of parish life and outreach coordinator. The coordinator maintains the parish calendar, oversees the parish facility schedules, updates all parish social media platforms, and organizes parish community outreach and involvement. Bookkeeper
Parish of the Holy Eucharist, Falmouth

Parish of the Holy Eucharist in Falmouth seeks a bookkeeper (20 hours per week). Responsibilities include maintaining the operational books for the parish and handling all associated accounting activities (i.e. AP/AR, payroll, etc.). The successful candidate will have a solid background in booking/financial accounting. Family Service Advisors (Positions in Lewiston, Portland/Yarmouth, and Biddeford)
Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services, Diocese of Portland

There are currently three openings for family service advisors in the Diocese of Portland. The openings are for the Lewiston area, the Portland/Yarmouth area, and the Biddeford area. Family service advisors serve families with care and compassion, educating and guiding them through the process of making informed decisions for cemetery & funeral advanced planning. Requirements include a knowledge of the Catholic faith, rituals, and traditions; excellent interpersonal skills; a valid driver’s license; and experience in sales or networking. A college degree is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Family service advisors will receive a base salary plus commissions and incentives. Skilled Carpenter
Diocesan Construction (DICON)

There is an immediate opening for a skilled carpenter to work with DICON, the diocesan construction group. The successful candidate will have experience with finish carpentry, framing and roofing, and at least five years of carpentry experience. Possessing the ability to read blueprints is a plus, and you must be willing to work at heights. This position will work both independently and with supervision. Requirements include some travel and a valid driver’s license.  The work week runs from Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  The diocese offers medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurances as well as paid vacation and sick days. Keyboardist/Choir Director (One Position)
Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Boothbay Harbor

Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Boothbay Harbor, part of All Saints Parish, seeks a year-round keyboardist/choir director with vision and enthusiasm to accompany weekend Masses, direct the choir, and play the keyboard for weddings and funerals. The keyboardist/choir director will also play at weekly choir practice and on holy days and seasonal services. Coordinator of Youth Ministry
All Saints Parish, Brunswick

All Saints Parish in Brunswick seeks a coordinator of youth ministry. This position is for 20 hours per week, benefits included. Duties include recruiting and training leaders, supervising all youth ministry activities from junior high through high school at various churches in the parish. The successful candidate will have strong people skills, excel in communication and organization, and be a practicing Catholic. Priority is given to a candidate with background in pastoral ministry, but all candidates must be willing to engage in ongoing training and formation.
