The executive assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the superintendent, coordinating the visa process for international students, and monitoring the progress of teachers and education technicians in the phases of certification and recertification. Responsibilities also include maintaining various files, composing draft communications, offering administrative support to the diocesan school board and certification committee, and preparing reports related to school data. Three to five years of experience as an executive assistant is preferred. Faith Formation Co-Director

The Parish of the Ascension of the Lord in Kittery has an immediate opening for a faith formation co-director (25-30 hours per week). The new co-director will oversee the religious education program for kindergarten through twelfth grade, develop and manage the faith formation calendar, oversee six family sacramental preparation sessions, and perform other duties. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of catechetical experience, be a practicing Catholic who upholds the teachings of the Church, and have a willingness to learn about parish practices regarding catechetical ministry, youth ministry, young adult Ministry and evangelization.
